International Links Golf Club Membership Policies ELIGIBILITY: International Links Golf Club (ILGC) is a global golf program created exclusively for traveling golfers. Membership provides a tangible value for anyone that loves the game and can include it in their travel plans. ANNUAL FEE: The one-year ILGC membership fee is $59.95. Membership fees may be paid only by a currently valid credit card, using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and are non-refundable and non-transferable. ILGC guarantees that, once paid, the annual fee will not increase during the applicable one-year term of membership, but ILGC reserves the right to revise subsequent membership renewal fees. Membership in ILGC commences immediately with enrollment and enrolled members will receive an email confirmation of enrollment and a printable temporary membership document for use until the membership card and bag tag arrive. MEMBER BENEFITS: ILGC members will enjoy the following benefits: - Access to a network of hundreds of amazing golf facilities located almost everywhere Delta flies in the US and in 70 countries around the world.
- A guaranteed 20% discount off of prevailing fees at every golf facility in the network, regardless of time of day or day of the week when a tee time is reserved. NOTE: The discount may be applied to only greens fees at some courses where greens fees are posted separately from riding cart fees. The 20% discount does not apply to guests, family members, etc.
- A "clubhouse" staff that will assist members with reserving tee times, hotel and travel reservations and even restaurant recommendations. PLEASE NOTE: The ILGC “clubhouse” staff is only conversant in English. Members can utilize the ILGC “clubhouse” staff for tee reservations and for such ancillary services as hotel, air, or rail arrangements; side-tours; restaurant recommendations; etc. ILGC’s “clubhouse” staff can be contacted by email (clubstaff@intlinks.com) from anywhere in the world, or by toll-free number (888-933-3392) from anywhere in Canada and the United States. Due to global time zones, please allow for a 24-hour response time - excluding weekends and holidays - for inquiries from Canada and the United States, and please allow for a 48-hour response time - excluding weekends and holidays - for global inquiries. Whether communicating via email or phone, members should be prepared to leave their full name as it appears on their ILGC membership card; their ILGC membership number; the name of the course they wish to play and the city where it is located (in cases where a single golf facility has more than 18 holes of golf, please specify the course desired); how many golfers will be in your party; your first preference of tee time – date, day and approximate time of day; and at least one alternate tee time – date, day and approximate time of day. TO EXPEDITE CONFIRMATION OF TEE TIMES, ILGC members who only wish to reserve tee times can contact golf facilities in the network directly using the home course contact information available for each course on the ILGC web site, www.intlinks.com.
- An on-line professional golf shop offering ILGC logo apparel, accessories and headwear for men and women and featuring the latest in equipment and all things golf.
- Tournaments and travel packages arranged exclusively for members and their guests at amazing golf facilities and resorts throughout the world through ILGC’s members-only Tournament Office and Travel Desk.
- A "lesson tee" featuring video lessons from top teachers in the game.
- A distinctive member card and bag tag.
TERM: ILGC membership is for one year from the date of enrollment and is automatically renewed each year thereafter on the anniversary date of the member’s original enrollment, unless the original enrollment was on the last day of February during a leap year, in which case the renewal date will become the last day of February in subsequent non-leap years. On the renewal date the renewal fee will be charged to the credit card on file for the respective member unless the member sends written notification to ILGC at least ten (10) business days before the renewal date that they do not wish to renew. CANCELLATION: ILGC reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time without notice, and without refund. Starter’s Hut
The ILGC website features a directory of the network participating home golf facilities that includes detailed information about all home golf facilities, including but not limited to, photography, history of the facility, amenities offered, fee details and any other information that uniquely portrays the personality and/or quality of the facility and its experience. BOOKING TEE TIMES: When making tee reservations at participating home golf facilities members must adhere to the each facility’s booking procedures which may require the member’s name, membership number, phone number, email address and a valid credit card with which to hold the reservation. Also, when requesting tee times please note the following: - Discounted member fees are available ONLY to ILGC members and are not applicable to guests, family members, etc.
- ILGC was created for today’s busy, globe-trotting golf traveler. Since ILGC is, by definition, a travel benefit for its members, ILGC member discounted play is limited to those “home” golf facilities that are located in cities other than the member’s home city. However, each golf facility in the network may offer the ILGC member discount even in the home city of members. As this is at the discretion of the golf facility ILGC members should contact each course directly for availability and course policy in these instances.
- Each participating home golf facility will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the tee time booking requests by ILGC members without exception, but members are asked to remember that there will be days and times that the home golf facility may not be available due to the golf course or courses being closed for an event, to address maintenance issues and/or due to inclement weather.
There are two ways ILGC members can reserve tee times: - Members are free to contact any “home” course directly for tee reservations or general inquiries. Contact information for all “home” courses is readily available on the ILGC website under “Starters Hut”.
- Members are welcome to contact ILGC’s “clubhouse” staff for tee time reservations, general inquiries or such ancillary services as hotel, air, or rail arrangements; side-tours; restaurant recommendations; etc. Please refer to the “Member Benefits” clause under the “Membership” section above for details pertaining to ILGC’s Clubhouse Staff, their availability and how to contact them.
Tournaments ALL registration/enrollment for these tournament/events/championships must be made by ILGC members through ILGC at clubstaff@intlinks.com. Each tournament/event will have specified enrollment policy that details required deadline for entry, deposit/payment requirements and cancellation/refund procedures. ILGC members (and in some cases when applicable, their guests) may be required to provide a valid handicap index or golf course handicap for tournament/event participation. Tournament/event entry fees are in addition to ILGC annual membership fees. Golf Shop Returns or exchanges of ILGC Golf Shop merchandise is allowed in the case of defective or incorrectly sized merchandise. Defective or incorrectly sized merchandise may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt of purchase by the ILGC member. From North America ILGC travel consultants can be contacted via ILGC’s toll free number (dial 888-933-3392 and follow the prompts to” Travel Desk”), or ILGC members can reach our travel consultants from anywhere in the world by sending a message through the ILGC Clubhouse Staff at clubstaff@intlinks.com). PLEASE NOTE: When communicating with ILGC Travel Desk staff via voicemail or Email , please allow for a 24-hour response time - excluding weekends and holidays - for inquiries from North America, and; allow for a 48-hour response time - excluding weekends and holiday - for global inquiries. Whether communicating via email or voicemail, members must provide their full name as it appears on their ILGC membership card; their ILGC membership number and as much detail as possible regarding their travel inquiry.
Any research performed by ILGC Travel Desk consultants, including but not limited to schedule inquiries; availability; cruise, tour, hotel or airline recommendations; etc are subject to research fees and other charges that may or may not be applied to the member’s final travel purchase. Neither the collection of said fees and/or charges nor the fact that an ILGC travel consultant might have assisted a member with a travel matter is a guarantee of reservations or any other services on behalf of any third-party vendor such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc. All contracts of service are between the ILGC member and the third-party vendor with ILGC consultants performing the services of the booking agent on behalf of the member. Additional General Club Rules - ILGC members will be subject to all of the home golf facility policies and procedures associated with the booking of tee times and/or all other services available from the home golf facility. The failure of any ILGC member to abide by all individual course and/or facility rules and regulations may result in the cancellation of said member’s membership without notice or refund.
- All tee times are subject to availability as previously detailed in Starter’s Hut.
- In order to receive membership benefits, all ILGC members must present to participating golf course personnel their valid and current ILGC membership card bearing their name, membership number and expiration date. New members, in lieu of receiving their permanent membership card, may present a copy of the confirmation receipt that they received at the time of enrollment. In addition, ILGC members must be prepared to show a government issued photo I.D. for verification of their ILGC membership and home city.
- ILGC members will be responsible for payment of services directly to participating home golf courses and ILGC is in no way responsible for any exchange of funds between any member and any participating home golf facility.
- Member benefits, participating courses, and green fees are subject to change without notice.
- Card and benefits are not transferable and have no cash value.
- When playing a participating home golf course it is the responsibility of all members to be familiar with the host facility’s rules and to abide by them.
- ILGC reserves the right to revoke, revise or modify the terms of the membership agreement at anytime without prior notice.
- Member discounts are not valid with group play, leagues and/or tournaments nor are they valid with any other offers or promotions.
- ILGC membership benefits and discounts are available ONLY to ILGC members and are not applicable to guests, family members, etc.
- ILGC membership is not a guarantee of any additional amenities or services on behalf of home golf courses or facilities.
